Meet Denise Estee
Hi, I’m Denise Estee — The ADHD Menopause Coach.
For years, I lived in a constant fog — juggling ADHD, hormones in chaos, and a body that no longer looked or felt like mine. Traditional advice didn’t work for my brain or symptoms of “menopause on steroids.”
The medical world had no answers so I made it my mission to find them. I’ve spent years researching, testing, and creating science based tailored strategies that truly support the health and well-being of neurodivergent women in midlife.
Now, I help women like you understand what’s happening inside your body, reconnect with your power, and create a life that flows — not fights — with your hormones and your ADHD brain.

My Story
I’m Denise Estee — Menopause Wellness Coach, ADHD advocate, and trauma-informed practitioner.

Like so many of the women I now guide, I never expected midlife to completely unravel me.
I spent my career in Reproductive Health immersed in the science of female hormones and the endocrine system. Yet when perimenopause hit, my own health, focus, and emotions spiraled. Medication left me numb and disconnected. I hit rock bottom —with a breakdown so debilitating I left my career and that’s when everything changed.
I began rebuilding from the inside out, researching, experimenting, and reconnecting with my body and nervous system. What I discovered about hormones, ADHD and trauma’s impact on the midlife experience led me to transform my health-and my mission.
Now, I help women like you calm your mind, balance your hormones, and restore your energy with ADHD-friendly strategies that actually work.
